Form submissions limit are mentioned with the plans. Does that mean I will still get submissions via email notification and it will not save in jotform database or after that limit my form will stop working espicially with the free plan?

No - after the limit you are done until the next month.

In free plan, you can receive up to 100 non-secure, 10 SSL/secure and 10 payment submissions. You are also allocated with 100 MB upload storage space. If any of these limits are reached, your account will be over quota and all your forms will be disabled. Your form users will not be able to submit form.
To re-activate your account you will have to upgrade to paid plan or wait for the first day of next month when the submission counters are reset.
