Why my account still not activated yet

    Please activate my account now. Deleted the inbox as well as cache. nothing happen

    Greetings,

    it because you are on a free account, and you need to delete the submissions that have uploaded files on it. You have reached your limit in terms of uploaded files.

    I would suggest you delete the submissions from the Jotform table and also then from the trash.

    i have clear it. still same. i dont understand why this need to always email you guys to reactivate it everytime. its a waste of time for your side and my side. why is this issue never been fixed to have automatic clear after we have click delete inbox.??

    Kindly delete your trashed entries to free up your upload space.

    No particular actions were made, my colleagues showed you how to delete the trashed entries which freed up space occupied by uploaded files.
