How can I move records from my cloned form to the master form?

    Hello -

We are running an event with limited entries and have the master form built with all the required data. I created a cloned form to use as the wait list once the entry limit on the master form was reached. I now need to move records from the cloned form, to the master. I have the tables linked on separate tabs, but am not having luck transferring individual records from one table to another. Help please.

To my understanding, you would like to merge the submissions from a cloned form and the master form into one table under the Master Form. Please allow me some time to check if that would be possible on the JotForm Tables, I'll get back to you on this ticket with my findings as soon as possible.

Apologies for any delays. Upon checking further I have found that the only way you can merge the submissions from your cloned form into your master form submissions is by downloading it first into an Excel file

and then import the data into the master form by following the instructions in this guide.

You may test this method first into a separate form to see if it works for you before you try it on your master form.
