When I set a form to expire, what determines the date/time of the form? In the past I have set my forms up to expire at midnight on whatever date and received numerous complaints from last minute submitters that they were not able to submit because the form expired. In order to decrease complaints and be a bit more forgiving, I extended the time by three hours so now the forms expire at 3AM. I had someone try to submit a form at 10:30 PM CST and they still received the form expiration message.

    Greetings,

If you extended the expiration date as in this guide it should work, the expiration date/time follows the time zone set in your account settings https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings, as a double check I've cleared your form's cache, you can always perform this action from your side by following this guide, you can also disable and enable the form again to clear the previous expiration date/time, If the issue is still persistent please inform us with the form in question so we can check it.

Let s know if you need further assistance.
