Place Order button does nothing

    Hello,

The "Place Order" button on our form does nothing. We have integrated the form with PayPayl and set up our menu, but when we fill out the information and select an item from the menu, nothing happens when we click the button. Shouldn't it take the user to a place to enter their credit card info, and then submit the full order?

    Thanks,

    Hello, @firelinemusic

When using PayPal Standard integration, the user gets redirected to a PayPal web page to follow the payment process.

Upon checking your form I got redirected to PayPal payment without issues. Please see the screencast below:

Please check if you have correctly filled all fields and if your browser is not blocking page redirection. You could also try using a different browser for testing purposes.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hello,

Ah yes, it does work correctly. Thank you so much. I am wondering if you might know this - we are hosting our website with Wix and have embeded this form on one of the pages on our website there. When we complete the form and submit the order on that page, nothing happens when we click the button, it just always says "Please wait...". Do you have any idea why it wouldn't work there?

    Thanks again for your help!

I've tried all of the methods I could find online. I tried embedding the iFrame version on this page:
    https://sabourin787.wixsite.com/claudiascozinha/test

I followed the instructions on these pages:
    https://www.jotform.com/answers/1690509-Jotform-does-not-work-with-WIX

    https://support.wix.com/en/article/wix-editor-using-iframes-to-display-visible-content-on-your-site

But as you can see, the form still does not submit and send the user to PayPal from either version on our Wix website. Any help will be much appreciated!

    Please try this embed code:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame-210366514842150" title="Claudia's Brazilian Cozinha Order Form Template" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" allowfullscreen="true" allow="geolocation; microphone; camera" src="https://form.jotform.com/210366514842150" frameborder="0" style=" min-width: 100%; height:539px; border:none;" scrolling="yes" > </iframe>

I changed the scrolling to "YES" so we can scroll the embedded form. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hello,

The form on the Test page is able to scroll, but it still does not submit. Also, the form on the order-online page still does not submit.

On test submitting the iFrame code on your test page, it submitted instantly.

Could you please clear your browser cache and see if the issue persists or try in the incognito mode.

    Hello,

I tried icognito mode and I tried a different browser, but the form still will not submit. The button just says "Please wait..."

Do you have any other ideas?

    Thanks,

    Hello Adam,

I have checked your embedded form, and I can replicate the issue on my end. Have you tried following this guide: Adding-a-form-to-your-Wix-site? However, as I have verified, there were errors on the console log reports on your page:

    1613400511 602a89bfb594c Screenshot 10

    For reference: How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers

This issue is usually caused by the Wix's restrictions in using iframe: https://support.wix.com/en/article/using-iframes-to-display-visible-content-on-your-site#guidelines-and-limitations-1.

Please try the method advised by one of our colleagues, @EltonCris, on this ticket: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1888388-.

    Thank you.

Thank you for all of your help. It is still not working, and the problem seems to be just with Wix, so I think we are going to just send people to the form outside of Wix. Thanks again for all of your help!
