Hello. I have one singular form on my jotform account. I deleted all entries except for the most recent 23.
I am getting a message saying I am out of update space despite clearing out my inbox. Can you please help me to remedy this. I am assuming it’s a simple as emptying the trash but I cannot figure out how to do that. I would like to continue to use your website, rather than switching over to a different service.

You will need to delete your submissions from Tables to free your Upload Space. Before deleting your submissions, you may consider downloading your current submissions first.

Afterward, kindly delete your submission date.

Please noted that you will still need to delete your submission from Trashed Entries. Deleted submissions will be purged automatically within 30 days. Please noted too that all purged submissions will be deleted from our server and we will have no way to recover them.
