PDF Editor: Why "hide empty form fields" does not hide "phone number"?

On the PDF editor I use the 'Hide empty form fields' property but it does not hide the empty phone number fields, why are those different and how to hide them if they are empy?

I checked your form and could confirm that the Phone Number field was not hidden on the downloaded PDF. I created a new form with a phone number field. It did not show in PDF when empty.

Please create a new PDF document and check if the issue persists. I have also cleared your form cache to avoid issues related to that.
