Not receiving answers on new fields added to my form

    Hello. I've added questions one of my forms, and the edits show up on the live form, but when a client fills it out, the answer to the new questions don't show up on my end. What should I do? thanks, caroline

    Hi Caroline! Is this form embedded on your website?

    If yes, then please check whether or not your changes on the form are being reflected on your site?

    If this doesn't help, let us know the form URL and and the fields with which you're facing these issues.

    the 2nd one and the very last one. They don't show up in the form

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have checked the field you are referring to on the form you linked and it seems that your form's most recent submissions show that you have received data in that field since you added it to your form.

    Can you confirm on what page in your Jotform account you are not seeing the data submitted in the Food Log Day field on your form, please? Or, is the field not being included in the email notification you receive when your form is submitted?

    Well, it looks like as of last night, the missing fields are now showing up
    in the email notification I receive when the form is submitted. I don't
    know what happened, but it appears to be working now. :-)
