Signature is not viewable

Is it possible that a form I submitted that had to be signed that the signature is somehow not able to be viewed after submission? For example I signed a form through my MacBook, submitted the PDF, and now the signature on the form isn’t viewable by the company I submitted it to.

Hello Amber! Sometimes, due to the privacy settings of the forms; users aren't able to access the signatures and uploaded files. There is a setting that has to be changed in such cases.

This may be happening in your case; please ask the company whose form you filled to contact us regarding your submission; we'll check and let them know if that is the issue.

Okay because It shows every other field filled out with name, date, etc but
my signature would not show up.
