Upload Error

I tried to do the suggested and go to the privacy settings and un-click the boxes suggested so I can see the uploaded files. And I still have nothing. I am really trying to see if my application has the appropriate documents for this application that I am filling out. I still get this error message.

Hello Angela, are you the owner of that form? I checked the link and that form is currently located in the FWA_DST account. If you own the account, please uncheck this setting (see screenshot below) in your account settings: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
