    Hello,

You can either do this by using Jotform PDF Editor directly and adjust the settings of the multiple-choice elements ö or simply by adding a PDF attachment to your form's notification email via JotFrom PDF Editor.

To see your submissions with Jotform PDF Editor, you can go to the PDF editor from the dropdown menu on the upper-left corner of your screen, right next to the Jotform logo.1613374649 602a24b950735 gotopdf Screenshot 10

Here you can create a new PDF document by choosing a layout and enter the document name as follows:

Once you connect your form to the Jotform PDF Editor, you will be able to see a PDF document template created by the fields on your form. Here you can select the multiple-choice questions that you want to see all the options. Click on the settings wheel to adjust its settings. Set its "Display Style" to "Checked" and uncheck the option "Show only selected options".

Now you can browse through your submissions and you'll be able to see the options you wish to see.

Alternatively, to add a PDF attachment as you require, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to the "Emails" panel under the "Settings" tab and click on the Notification Email that you want to edit.1613373093 602a1ea55a476 not 1 Screenshot 43
    2. Here you can adjust this template and customize it as you like.
