image link become 404.

    Hi , when i login to form and try to download image, the link become 404.

    Are you referring to this form: https://www.jotform.com/form/210281440320034?

    If yes, there are no submissions for this form. Have you deleted the submissions of this form:

    If yes, then you will get a 404 error as there is no submission or linked image available on your account.

    Please check and let us know.

    May we know if the link was from the email notification?

    I have checked the submission ID 4886984543766191153 and it seems the data has been deleted.

    This is the reason why the link is not working.

    May we know if this is happening to all your uploaded links in your notification email?

    Hi,
    Yes , that is from email notification.
    Not all submission happen like that.
    Majority submission was good.
    Actually the above mentioned submission (4886984543766191153) not deleted
    by us.
    Perhaps this happen due to uploading incomplete?
    Fyi, we use apps for uploading submission.

    I can't seem to also pull up the submission ID 4886984543766191153 from my end, as advised by my colleague it could be that it is deleted:

    As I have also verified, that there were 3 submissions on the trashed folder, can you try to verify if it is one of the deleted submissions?

    Perhaps this happen due to uploading incomplete?

    It could be one of the causes, but the submission itself is not currently on the Tables page, which means it is no longer saved on the system or on your account.

    May I ask what apps are you using? However, you can't still retrieve the submission from the Trash folder, you can do this through the Account Email Logs: How-to-view-all-your-form-email-history

    Hi ,
    We use JOTFORM apps for android to submit our survey report.
    Please help me to check our submission from 3/2/2021 - 8/2/2021.
    During the submission - we checked the link and the file was found.
    But last week we check again - the link was not working (404)
    Attached are the affected submissions.

    As you can see, there is no submission in February.

    Please kindly share the screenshot of the submissions that you mentioned in February.
