Card Form: Remove number of questions in welcome page

    Hi Guys, I hope you are well. Is it possible to remove the line on the Welcome screen that advises on the number of questions ?

    Hello there,

    Kindly go to Edit Welcome Page > Click "x" button to delete number of questions.
