    I've been paying for JotForm for many months now without using it. Could you please reimburse the most recent charge. Thanks!

    As per request, I have cancelled your subscription and processed the full refund for the bronze monthly renewal.

    Your account is now back to the free plan.

    Kindly give us 5-10 working days for the refund to reflect your account.
