To clarify, the upload photos is not showing in the autoresponder email or in the notification email?
May we know the error message shown in your email?
The issue might be with your account privacy https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings.
You may change the privacy setting and uncheck "require log-in to view uploaded files".
