The pending submissions page is empty. There should be 55 entries here!Page URL:

Just let me be sure I understand you correctly. After logging in to your account, clicking the form, clicking the "Submissions" button and then clicking "Pending Submissions", were you not able to view any of them?
Upon logging in to your account and following the same procedure, I was able to view all 56 pending submissions.

That's exactly what happened - I couldn't view any of them 4 hours ago (the pending submissions wizard was empty), yet now it is working again. Maybe the website was having issues then? Thanks for the help.

Okay, no problem. Glad to hear that they're viewable again.

I can't see mine now and need to right away. I should have eight available to view. What is going on?

We apologize for this inconvenience. I logged in to your account and tried accessing the pending submissions but was unable to. This must be caused by a bug or a server glitch. With that in mind, I will submit a report ticket to notify our devs about this issue. We will let you know of any progress via this thread.
We ask for your patience as our development team has a lot of things going on but I can assure you that you will be contacted shortly after they receive this notice.

Once again my pending submissions are not showing up. It doesn't matter which browser I use or whether I log out and log back in. Last time this happened I just had to wait a few hours.

Like what I said in my previous post, a ticket has been submitted for this issue. We apologize if our devs are unable to respond to it right away. They've been really busy these past few days with a lot of things on their hands. Rest assured though, we will have this fixed as soon as any of them becomes available.
We ask for your patience regarding this matter. Thank you and have a good day.

This issue seems to be fixed now. Are you still having problems?
- etuscAnswered on July 31, 2011 at 08:50 AM
i am also having this problem. so it's obviously not just one person's account but something with the site. please fix.

Pending submissions are only available to those forms that are used as payment forms. I don't see any form in your account that has a payment tool.
If you have a different account that has a payment form, can you please tell us what it is?
- etuscAnswered on August 01, 2011 at 08:09 AM
i don't have any payment forms, i was just saying that i can't see my form submissions at all. it shows i have 5 new ones today and when i click on the submissions box i get a blank screen. nothing. this was the only current thread i found talking about submissions so i posted here.
- JotForm SupportliyamAnswered on August 01, 2011 at 11:25 AM
I see now what you mean.
If you don't mind, can you start a new thread and provide us details about the email notification that you have received, also the name or ID of the form where you are experiencing this? Are you seeing any details from your email notification that you don't see in your submissions page?
It is possible that you have received a blank submission from someone who simply submitted the form without filling up anything.
We'll wait for your post.

i found an answer in another thread and it was simply to sign out of my account, empty by browsing cache and sign back in. that worked.
