Form errors: Cannot access form link and repeat customers receive a message that they have signed in already

    Hello,


    It is being reported to me by several of my customers they are receiving error messages when trying to complete my form. Some are new customers stating when they click the form link they receive a message saying they can not access it. Other are repeat customers that receive a message stating that they already signed in? Our forms are suppose to be designed for our customers to complete prior to each home service, therefor the same customer could complete it multiple times.

    Please advise as this is a new issue. ty

    Thank you for contacting support.

    I checked your form and I was able to access it. So, I cloned it to test but I was not able to replicate the issue. I have cleared your form cache. Could you please check if the issue persists? Also, if you could send us a screenshot or a video recording of the error, it would help us know what the error is and provide you better solutions.
