I want to change my username

this is for a company and i would like my email username removed to use something different

We can change your username for you, but before we do that, please note the following:

• Custom URLs (e.g. https://www.jotform.com/my_old_username/my_form) will not work anymore once we change the account's username.
• Direct form links (e.g. https://www.jotform.com/1234567890), however, will be fine.
• The username must be at least 3 characters; maximum of 30.
• Alphanumeric and underscores only. Spaces and dashes are not supported.

Please provide your desired username and alternate names in case the proposed username is not available if you want to proceed.
