Date of Birth/Age entry

Good Afternoon

I manage veterinary websites and I have over 40 of them using your great forms in these websites for owners to register their pets.

One of my practice has had a complaint from an owner as the form asks for the age/dob of the pet and 2021 is not offered as an option (lots of new puppies and kittens with lockdown).

I have gone in to that form to make it appear, but I am reluctant to go into my 40+ other form that I have to change each one and then next year I will need to change them all again to reflect 2022.

Is there anyway, you can make the form have 2021 in the age/date of birth entry?

You may add a birth date picker on the form, and the new field will simply add another column on your Tables page, however, only new submissions will have an entry on that column since the previous ones did not have it.

Many thanks for the answer, but no that does not really help me. I want to avoid having to go into 40+ forms to change everyone - is it not possible for you to just add 2021 into the form entry for age/date of birth - shouldn't it just come up automatically without me having to change it?

Unfortunately, you may need to manually add the entry as there is no automatic way to do it.
