Is your service GDPR compliant?

Good afternoon, if I create a form like a questionnaire one with a consent form at the beginning or at the end and send this to the patients I recruit as part of a PhD degree. Will I be the one receiving the filled questionnaire of these will be sent to you and visible also to me ? and if so is it your service GDPR compliant? Thank you

When the form is submitted, the data is collected on our server and an email is sent to you if you have configured notification email alert in form. You can anytime go to your form's submission table to view all the submission data that you have received in form.
