Jotform submissions won't synch with our Slack Channel

Hi,

We are using Slack as our messaging tool. One of our teammates integrated the jotform to one of our Slack channels. Right now it's not synching. Before, everytime we submit a jotform, it also shows up as a message in that Slack channel. Now, it hasn't been doing that, since Feb. 3. Can you help us with this? Hoping to hear from you soon.
