Form usage and changing email

1. Once the form is published, can I send to all my clients and they can reuse as much as they need.
2. I made this using my personal email. Can we change the Log in information to a work email?

For question 1, this is completely correct. They will be allowed to submit as long as your account does not reach the monthly submission limit (https://www.jotform.com/pricing/).

For question 2, you can change the email address used to login by going to your Profile page.
