Hello,
1) I sent Jotform forms to clients to complete but I can't find who I sent it to on Jotform. It's not sent through my business email so I can't track it that way. I don't want to send the same form multiple times to the same client, that would be annoying if not harassing a client.
2) What is the difference between publishing and emailing the form to the client?

Thank you for your message.
At the moment we don't have a built-in option to track the emails that are sent to the users.
The recommendation is to use a 3rd party like Mailchimp with the following steps https://mailchimp.com/help/about-open-tracking/.
When you publish a form you can copy the URL and share it using your own method, like emails, social network, etc.
