I just want to delete submission between 3/1/13 and 7/1/13. This is about 25,000 submissions. To do this one by one would take me a week. Please help!

Unfornately, there is no way to only delete files without deleting entire submission. You should probably download a copy of your form's submissions first in Excel or CSV format before deleting.
