I opened up my Jotform consent/calendar https://hipaa.jotform.com/203496930188161 do 10 today Mon 2/15 and 10 tomorrow Tues 2/16. It all worked swimmingly and they were all nicely in there and scheduled and the scheduler had "turned off". Then Saturday, out of the blue, it allowed 2 people to sign up for yesterday Sun 2/14 around the noon hour. This happened last week also. We had it open for Tuesday and when it was filled, it allowed 1 person to randomly sign up for Monday (which I can't see because those are the ones that disappeared).

    Hi there,

    Thank you for contacting us.

To clarify - you have set 10 appointment slots on Monday and Tuesday (15/16). However, the random submissions have been submitted on Sunday(14). Am I right?

Unfortunately, we can not check your form directly due to HIPAA Act.

If so, please, could you attach the Appointment widget's properties screenshots? Thank you in advance.

    Hi M8347,

I apologize for the inconvenience. I have cleared your form cache.

May we ask for the Submissions IDs of the schedule you received on the weekend?

Would you mind creating a new form or adding a new appointment field and set it up again?

Afterward, kindly test your form and let us know if the issue persists.
