Upload space running out

Good Morning.

I have emptied most of the submissions for our forms but I am still seeing that our upload space is almost to capacity. Can someone assist? What do I need to delete in order to bring our upload space back to normal?

Note: we cannot recover deleted submissions. We recommend downloading the submission before deleting them.

Please check your submission page and make sure to clear the trash section.

Also, please check if you have forms on your Trash folder with submissions. You need to purge that too if there are attachment files on it.
