Asana Task Creation is missing

    Hello - I am getting an error when I complete the form below. Please see screenshot error attached. The submission goes through but this error message is concerning for our customers.

    Hello Becky - I apologize for the inconvenience.

    I checked your form and can see that it's missing the Task Name, thus throwing you the error message from your screenshot.

    Please create a Task Name and then click COMPLETE INTEGRATION to fix the issue.
