Multiple signatures

Hi there, I've googled this and found different forums which were helpful but I'm still having trouble. I'm trying to create an evaluation where the supervisor completes and signs and then sends to their employee to sign. I've successfully set up an autoresponder for the employee to sign, however, the form is still entirely editable when the employee receives the form.

Is there a way to lock all fields except for the employee signature line so the employee receiving the edit link to sign cannot change the evaluation completed by the supervisor?

Whenever the form is in edit mode, the form fields can be hidden or can be disabled (not able to edit).
