File Uploads: Some files show the 404 error.

    Hi guys, over the last few days, we've received these errors for our HealthCarePlus Online Claim Form ( We got this issue before but only for a short period (1hour), not like this time - happening for a few days. A lot of our customers are upset and feeling insecure to use this form. We don't want to lose our credibility because of it. Can you please investigate the root cause of the issue? Any suggestions to fix it or reduce the impact to our customers?

    Edited: I just looked at the screenshot and they are from our team when we were trying to download the uploads.
