JotForm Tables: Separate entries from the same submission to occupy different lines

    Hello -


    We have been using JotForm to accept image entries into exhibitions. We have the submitter enter their personal information and then up to three images. When we get the spreadsheet it comes out each submission comes as one horizontal line, with the personal info of the submitter and then the up to three images that they enter. Is there any way to easily create three lines from this, so that each entry has its own horizontal line in the spreadsheet?


    Also, we are accepting payment for submissions through PayPal. We had issues with our most recent call for "Personal Space: Self Portraits" where images came through but they were not paid for. Is there a way to guarantee only those images that are paid for come into the system? For example the first line of images in this call were not paid for.

    Unfortunately, this is not possible as submission is sent in one line only. If you want this to happen, you can limit submission to one and make user send another two submissions so that the entries will occupy three horizontal lines in the spreadsheet. If this workaround won't work for you, kindly let us know.

    Thanks Cecile. If we did make the entrant submit three separate forms for three separate image submissions is there any way to autofill all the other info we collect (e.g. name, address, email, etc.) so they would not have to fill in that info for each submission?
