How to let users preview the signed document?

    Hello,

I've created a business agreement contract but want to be able to send a copy to someone at our company and the signer. I want the copy to look exactly as the signer sees it when everything is filled out, just before they push the submit button. I've attached a screen capture for reference. How can I accomplish this? I want the signer to have a copy of the exact signed form for their records.

Thank you very much for your help!

    Andy

    Hello Andy,

I want the copy to look exactly as the signer sees it when everything is filled out, just before they push the submit button.

You can add the Review Before Submit widget. In this way, they can preview their answers before submitting the form:

With our free Review Before Submit widget, users can view and double-check their answers before submission. It’s the perfect tool for ensuring that you get complete and correct submissions for surveys, order forms, registration forms, application forms, request forms, and essentially any form you can think of!

Or you can create a PDF template for the submissions, which will look similar to the layout that you have provided, but the responder will receive this after submitting the form: How-to-customize-pdf-submissions-report

You might also find this guide helpful: Applying-form-submission-data-into-a-pdf-document

Then you can attach this PDF document to the email notification and autoresponder so that both parties will receive the PDF copy of the submission: How-to-include-submissions-as-pdf-attachment-in-the-email-notifications

However, may I ask if the form came from a PDF fillable form? You can convert it into a Smart PDF form wherein you can let the users preview the whole document before submitting it: https://www.jotform.com/products/smart-pdf-forms/.

I hope this helps. Let us know if it didn't meet your requirements.
