Business Associates Agreement

When enrolling I read that I could request a Business Associates Agreement from JotForm as our information would need to be HIPAA Compliant and secure.

Is this something I can request here to be emailed to me or how do I obtain that for my records?

JotForm's BAA is automatically generated during upgrading to HIPAA Compliance and sent to your email once the upgrade operation is completed, with a HIPAA Welcome Email.

I can see that you've already enabled HIPAA on your account, and I assume you haven't received any BAA via email. If so, you can request the BAA by filling out this request form https://www.jotform.com/hipaa/baa/)
