Trouble with emailed form invites

    i am struggling with invites to forms.  I am using the free version in a trial setting.  I have created a consent form that I am assigning to others by email.

    some times the hyperlink takes the invitee right to the form for completion on desk or iPhone.  Other times the invitee is required to have access granted or the link is dead altogether.  Finally, some times the invitee is asked to log in to jotform via google, facebook or email.

    please explain.

    If the user is already logged in to their invited Jotform account, they will be able to view the form directly. If the invited email address uses a different email address when they signed up or logged in to an account, they will be asked to request access permission. If the invited user is not logged in to Jotform, they will be asked to login/signup for an account first before they can access the form.
