Automate send

    Hi, I'm trying to automate my workflow and I m looking to work with Monday.com and Jotform

    I have a cabinet shop

    We do the design first then we assign the job to 2 or 3 people to build the cabinets. Each one has a specific date to complete his part of the job.

    On the due date day, I want to automate sending a question to number ONE asking in a form with a radio button if he is ready or not. If he  answers "yes" then the next one will be notified. Next day, Number TWO will receive this form. If answer "YES" then number THREE will be notified and need to start his part of the job. 

    I just want them to see the form only on the phone screen and they to answer, not the whole MONDAY table or email with attached form file. Also I like the JOTFORM, but I cannot find a way to create an automation to send the form to someone at a specific date or when any status changes...

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    If you just want them to see the form on their phone screen and answer their respective form, there are two options:

    1. Send them the form via email so that they can open the form via their mobiles from their emails: https://www.jotform.com/help/303-how-to-send-a-form-via-email

    2. Assign the form to them - https://www.jotform.com/help/652-adding-assignees-to-your-form - this will require them to have an account on JotForm. They can then download JotForm's mobile app on their phone, log in to their account, and can view their assigned form

    But I cannot find a way to create an automation to send the form to someone at a specific date or when any status changes...

    Do you want to send the blank form to someone at a specific date to fill up or send them their form submission at a specific date?

    By "when any status changes", please let us know which status are you referring to?
