Card Connection: credit card issues

    Hello again. I am still unable to make credit card payments when I test it and I am still unable to see the emails I send even to myself. My daughter received the form but could not edit and it shows as pending on my end.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Can you please try adding a coupon code to your form that will make the total to $0.01 so we can try submitting your form while it is in live mode?

    Also, please make sure that the credentials placed in the card connect integration are correct.

    I test submitted your form and I received a "CardConnect Payment Error "401: Unauthorized" error message, your card connect seem to be integrated correctly, however, note that according to the CardConnect error codes page the 401 unauthorized code means that the API credentials were not accepted by the server.

    I would recommend you to try resetting your API password and see if that helps. Also, note that the payments should be processed instantly if your account is on live mode, the payment integration does not have authorization mode. 

    Let us know how it goes after resetting the API password.
