Downloading PDF submissions returns empty fields

    I have a PDF form that works perfectly both in the Preview and Submission of the PDF form.


    But when I go to the Submissions and choose to Download it, it collects the PDF submissions in a zip file and emails me the files fine - but they're blank - no fields are filled in at all. It's like it's sending the original empty PDF form

    Hi there,

    For the form in question, there is currently only one submission. I've downloaded its PDF and I do see the submission details in the original PDF. You can try downloading the same from the link below.

    If this is still not working on your end then please tell us, are you downloading the PDF from the Tables or the PDF-Editor? So we can check the same.

    Thanks - It is working now when I Download All from PDF-Editor, all form fields are filled in and my prefilled ones are also filled in.

    If I just click Download - for the current displayed entry, form fields are filled - but not the two prefilled ones.

    Same thing happens if I'm in the Inbox and select Download All | Original PDFs Filled

    Zip file has the form fields filled in - but not my prefilled ones

    The prefilled fields are still empty - and form fields are filled in . Weird

    Is there another way I can download the prefilled PDFS that will work?

    I don't have to use Inbox

    I'll try PDF Editor - I think you had that one working didn't you?

    Yes, the downloads from the PDF-Editor are showing the prefilled fields as well.

    Nope - if I use More | View PDF Submissions and Download All it has the same result.

    Seems to work for individual ones but not the zipped All PDFs

    If I use Inbox or Tables or PDF Editor - they all show the Prefilled Fields (Organization/Club & Project or Name) in the PDF.

    But whenever I use Download All - those prefilled fields are empty. It seems to be ignoring the text unless it's been filled in from a Jotform form - and this only happens when using the ZIP method

    Hi there,

    Could you please confirm if the PDF you uploaded before the current PDF document didn't have the prefilled fields?

    If the previous PDF didn't have the prefilled data then most probably it is a cache issue and it should get fixed itself in some time. Is it OK with you if we can check this till tomorrow?

    If it doesn't change then we will escalate it to the backend team.

    Also if you've only uploaded the PDF document with the prefilled fields already there then let us know and we will escalate the issue today.

    No need to escalate - I'll check tonight again.

    I can always get the filled in ones from individual emails if I have to.

    I can't remember if I uploaded the blank one first or not - it's possible - so let's try the cache fix first
