What do I need to do to get access to my account again?

Please note that our phishing detector tool scans forms for phishing words and auto suspends accounts- out of which one word is "PayPal".
Since it is used on the form and the email of this form: https://form.jotform.com/202367284698165, your account got suspended:
Please delete these from your form.
I have activated your account in the meantime.

from my account. Will do it as soon as I have access again. It was
