    Why is my google docs spreadsheet not updating automatically when I receive a submission?

    I am currently tesing JotForm out with the 'Starter' package.

    I have my account setup with an email notification but my Google Docs Spreadsheet is not updating. Why not?

    Google Spreadheet Integration is Connected

    I receive a message that my Integration is Up and Running.

    Any suggestions you can offer to fix this I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    I cloned your form, built the G spreadsheet integration and sent some submissions for test and I was able to reproduce the issue. However, I removed the integration and rebuilt it againg, sent more submissions and at this time the new submissions were atumatically added to the spreadsheet. 

    So, please try removing the current integration and then rebuilt the integration, that should resolve the issue.

    Please let us know if the issue persist or kindly open a new thread to make unrelated quesitions.
