Hi. I am building an Annual Pet Registration Form. The first page is for the registrant's details. The second and succeeding pages are for the details of the pet(s). If there is more than one pet, the registrant must fill out details for each pet. Some people may have two pets. Others may have 5. Still others may have even more. How do I create the form so that I don't have create so many pages, but rather have the registrant add more page as necessary for her/his particular circumstances?

    Hi Elsie,

I would suggest that you use the Configurable list widget instead. This will allow your users to add a set of pre-defined fields with a click of a button. You can check the widget on the link below.
