Users unable to do multiple submissions

    I am still having a problem with when a person goes to sign up and uses a form, and it doesn't go through and they try it again, it shows that they can't complete it and get an error. The picture below is the error that they get. I have asked previously and they told me that No Check needs to be marked on the Unique submission and unique question. What I have done wrong.

    Is that the form in question? I have cleared your forms cache. If the problem persists, please allow us to do submissions in your form in order to test it.

    Please ask them to try clearing their browsers cache or use a different browser.
