Integration issues - failure to "send PHI" to either Google Drive or Dropbox

    Hi there,

We're currently experiencing a problem with integrating one of our HIPAA forms.

We wish to send "PHI" to Google Drive and Dropbox but for some reason, after confirming and signing the "Protected Health Information" popup, it does not turn the "Send PHI to Dropbox" button on as it used to.

I'm stuck in a cycle where I keep signing (and it seems like it works as I received confirmation emails that I've signed it) but it fails to switch the HIPAA button from "no" to "Yes"

    Greetings,

I've created a clone of your form in our HIPAA account and I'm able to activate the PHI as you can see below.

I've cleared your form cache. Kindly try it in a different browser and let us know should you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

    Hi Rehan,

Thanks for your prompt reply and solution. I tried again using my default browser Chrome and it didn't work still but I followed your advise and downloaded a different browser. It works on Microsoft Edge browser.
    Many thanks for your help.

    Greetings,

I'm really glad that I was able to assist. The issue you are facing is Cache related. You can clear your browser cache to make it work or use incognito mode in chrome and it should work.
