Hi, I am receiving emails from yourself stating I have set up an account. I also receive daily emails about jotform. I have not signed up, someone must have used my email address fraudulently. Please can you delete any details/accounts/subscriptions you have related to my email address.

If you own the email address then please use the link below to change the account password.
https://www.jotform.com/help/489-how-to-reset-jotform-account-password
Once you have the password then please login into your account to delete it by following the instructions in the guide below.
https://www.jotform.com/help/527-how-to-delete-my-account
Or once you are logged in please send us a message here and we will delete your account.
