Can respondednts edit their response?

Hello,

I'm looking for a survey with an option to edit the response after submitting it.

I need the respondants will have the ability to re-enter their answer (and only their's) and edit it. they also need the ability to save their prograss if they don't finish answering all the survey at once.

They need to be able to upload files.

I need to be able to cosumize the survey and put the organization logo on it, and export the results as an Excel.

Do you have that options?
I also need to have some support if needed.
