JotForm is saying my limit has been reached but obviously far from it.

    I am getting an error message that says my limit has been reached.  I have only received 3 out of 100 submissions this month.  I am trying to reply to a submission, but it will not let me.  Please advise.

    Upon checking your account, I can also see that it is far from your quota. Please ignore this message and I advise that you clear your browser's caches to update what you are seeing and to prevent error messages.
