Can't Log-in to Pay

    Hello,

    I recieved an email this mornign that my account had been suspended due to an out-of-date credit card being on file. I tried to log-in but couldn't remember my password. I used the Jotform forgotten password tool to reset the password and now I can't log in to PLIMUS to update the credit card.

    The answer was don't use your actual username and password at PLIMUS - right down the bottom of the email they give you a new one which they made up for you.

    Hi Troy,

    Since you're paying using your credit card, you have to change your credit card details through our 3rd party payment processor Plimus. Your Plimus username is the long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for your JotForm account. Please do not use your JotForm username and password when logging in to the Plimus website. In case you forgot your Plimus password, please reset your password here or visit their Customer Support page.
