    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. Your email address is not in the bounce list, and you should receive the password reset instructions email without any problem.

    I have initiated the password reset from here again. Please check if you have received the password reset email successfully or not.

    It is possible that password reset emails are getting blocked at your end - maybe by your IT team or email service provider using any anti-spam filters.

    Please check that and let us know.
