Account Suspended

    Hello, last week I was informed that my account had been suspended for violating the terms of agreement. It was also stated in the email that I would be given more information on the situation soon. However, I have received no further communication regarding the same. I am following up on that and would like to request more information on exactly which terms were violated. I would also like to request for a review of the case if possible. Additionally, I would be like to know the steps for recovering the data I had collected via my form.
