    More beautiful form templates

Asked by CHIFIND on November 11, 2013 at 03:33 PM

Could you make slylish contact form templates with very beautiful pictures at the back and stylish buttons?

    Look at these websites:

These don't have phone and email message field though, so I am looking for a solution elsewhere.

    Hi,

We can surely create the same. I will come up for an example later. Do you have a preferred design? Please let us know so we can check and create that for you. Make sure that the source isn't copyright protected :)

    Thanks

Okay, here's an example form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/33146211362948. You can clone this so you can check the injected custom CSS codes and the form properties: How to clone an existing form from a URL.

We'll check the examples later today. :)

    Thanks
