cannot login with google chrome

I cannot login using google chrome.

Using my username, or email associated with this account., I cannot login with chrome.

any ideas?

Your account with a bronze subscription is currently active. You can access it by creating a password for your account.

Once you have the password please try to login using your email address and new password.
