How to import a PDF Document into JotForm

    it is not on a website - pdf is in folder on computer.

    Once we can upload form, can this form (via url) be integrated with salesforce?

    Hello. Thanks for posting your inquiries here on the forum.

    Yes, you can embed a PDF document on a form created by JotForm.

    However, please do take note that this is useful only to show a specific document with a PDF format but not useful at all if you want to embed a PDF that contains your form as they can not be interacted by user and filled up with especially if they are scanned images and converted to PDF. You need to manually create such forms from JotForm. If you want to proceed, please read more on How to Display a PDF Document On Your Form.

    From the Form Builder click "Setup & Embed" > Integrations > CRM tab > Salesforce Integration
